Chicago, IL April 8, 2014 – LaSalle Network, Chicago’s premier provider of professional staffing and recruiting services, announced today that it was named to Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2014 list of “Best Places to Work in Chicago,” securing third place in the category for Generation X, and fifth place for that of Employee Engagement. This is LaSalle Network’s first time receiving this award.
Thousands of companies in the Chicagoland area applied, and 20 were selected. Eligible companies needed to have at least 50 full-time employees in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry, or Will County as of September 30, 2013. Recipients were selected based on the results of two surveys. The first, detailing hiring practices, benefits, and pay, and the second, an anonymous survey completed by the company’s employees.
