Kelli spent three years as a tax consultant at one of the largest professional services organizations in the world. Kelli received her MBA from Duke University and then moved on to spend three years at the largest confectionery, food and beverage corporation headquartered in the United States. After three years as a finance manager, managing all financial modeling, budgets, forecasting and planning, Kelli was laid off in the third set of layoffs in three years.
Ideally, Kelli wanted a career in financial planning and analysis in downtown Chicago, with a salary exceeding her last. Less than a month after meeting with Kelli, LaSalle presented her for a finance manager position at a Fortune 500, multi-national manufacturing corporation.
After several phone and in-person interviews, LaSalle’s client offered Kelli the finance manager role. She started within two weeks with a five percent salary increase.
