Customer Service Manager – Financial Services Company
After his position was eliminated, Michael came to LaSalle looking for a new opportunity in sales, collections or customer service management. He desired a role in which he could develop and coach a team of professionals. One of LaSalle’s clients, a leading online consumer lending company, was looking for a customer service leader to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of their customer service representatives.
Michael interviewed for the call center section manager opportunity and was instead offered a temporary-to-permanent collections department manager role with unlimited growth potential. Michael started in his new role exactly a month after his initial meeting with LaSalle Network.
