Staffing and Recruiting Firm Finishes 2015 with 21 Awards, 16 Percent Revenue Growth, 35 Percent Increase in Headcount
Chicago, IL, December 29, 2015 – LaSalle Network, a national staffing and recruiting firm headquartered in Chicago, released today its 2015 Year-End Review, which includes being recognized with 21 awards, achieving 16 percent revenue growth, a 35 percent increase in headcount, and the expansion of its Chicago headquarters.
For its 17th consecutive year, LaSalle Network experienced organic revenue growth in 2015, increasing by 16 percent, acquiring more than 260 new clients, and placing 4,500 people in jobs. LaSalle Network opened its first office outside of Illinois in San Francisco, expanding its staffing services nationally, and is currently working in Madison, St. Louis, New York, Nashville, and San Francisco. LaSalle Network also added two new lines of business, Supply Chain and Healthcare Revenue Cycle, to its staffing services nationally.

In addition to growing in revenue, LaSalle increased headcount by 35 percent in 2015, with plans to hire 50 more people over the next 90 days. Additionally, 23 of its internal employees were promoted, and the company added two members to its executive leadership team. Due to this increase in employee count, LaSalle Network added to its headquarters, expanding to two floors and increasing square footage by 42 percent, increasing square footage by 77 percent in the last two years.
Staff development continued to be key for LaSalle Network in 2015. The company hired a Director of Training, created a tuition reimbursement program, and a philanthropy committee, Community Champions, which identifies and coordinates volunteer activities for employees. LaSalle also developed a new PTO to volunteer policy, which grants employees who have been with the company for over one year two days to volunteer, and those who have been with the company for over five years receive five days.
