LaSalle Network Recognized for its Engaging Work Environment for 6th Consecutive Year
Chicago, IL, March 1, 2016 – LaSalle Network, a national staffing and recruiting firm headquartered in Chicago, announced today its recognition by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as a Best Staffing Firm to Work for in 2016, making this the 6th year the company has been honored with the award and making the company the only Illinois-based staffing firm to receive this recognition for six consecutive years.
This year, the award was sponsored by Monster Worldwide Inc. and recognizes staffing firms ranging in size from 10-200+ employees. LaSalle Network was recognized among the 51-200 employee category.

Award results were based solely on an employee survey, which was conducted by Quantum Workplace, and included 40 questions that were meant to measure 10 key engagement categories. After deploying the employee survey, only companies that reached a certain number of survey responses were included in the final evaluation. Employee responses to the survey determined the winners. There were 43 companies in North America honored with the 2016 Best Staffing Firm to Work For award.
