Illinois State Chamber of Commerce and HRMAC honor local staffing firm on 2012 list
Chicago, IL., March 30, 2012 – LaSalle Network, Chicago’s leading provider of staffing and recruiting services, announced today that the firm is recognized on the 2012 Best Places to Work in Illinois list. Sponsored by The Daily Herald Business Ledger in partnership with the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce and the Workforce Boards of Metropolitan Chicago, the awards program was designed to identify and recognize the best places of employment in the state.
The accolade is in tribute to Founder and CEO Tom Gimbel’s vision of an enjoyable work environment – a place where people want to be.

The list is made up of 31 companies in the small/medium-sized list (15-249 employees) and 19 companies in the large-sized list (250+ employees). LaSalle Network landed in the small/medium-sized category.
Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the Best Places to Work in Illinois. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

LaSalle Network will be honored at the Best Places to Work in Illinois awards ceremony coordinated by The Daily Herald Business Ledger on May 17th. The final rankings will be announced at the event.
