LaSalle Network is pleased to be working with a leading operational growth investment firm that specializes in non-control and control investments in high-growth companies across various developmental stages. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to directly support the Founder/CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal within their organization and requires someone who can handle administrative and personal responsibilities with precision and professionalism. 
 
Executive Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain the CEO's calendar with accuracy and thoughtfulness 
  • Coordinate substantial meeting/call requests, considering the CEO’s shifting priorities 
  • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings, possesses relevant materials and adheres to the schedule 
  • Organize complex activities such as meetings, conference calls, event appearances and travel itineraries 
  • Manage private travel arrangements, including familiarity with FBOs and plane coordination 
  • Collaborate with various teams to align CEO schedules and travel requirements 
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication reflective of the CEO and firm’s values 
  • Deliver a high degree of professional maturity, focus and values alignment in interactions with the CEO and internal/external stakeholders 
  • Exhibit gracious hosting skills reflective of the CEO and firm’s values 
  • Effectively handle multiple deadlines and competing priorities 
  • Be assertive with senior management to ensure team adherence to deadlines 
  • Anticipate the CEO’s needs throughout the day and remain ahead of developing issues 
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills through teamwork and collaboration 
  • Be the first line of support to the CEO, maintaining availability 24/7 
  • Demonstrate flexibility with a dynamic schedule and appropriate response times after office hours and on weekends 

Executive Assistant Requirements: 
  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior level executives 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills 
  • Expertise in private travel booking, including national and international destinations 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure 
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information 
  • Exceptional professionalism and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to represent the CEO and the firm effectively 
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and work across all levels of the organization
