As a Software Engineer – Automation, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the technological backbone of their intelligent automation platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect, implement and optimize robust solutions that enhance our client’s ability to deliver targeted advertising and optimize social media impressions.
Software Engineer – Automation Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain software applications that power digital marketing automation platforms
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implement scalable and efficient solutions using modern web frameworks and programming languages such as PHP or Python
- Optimize performance and reliability of software components to ensure seamless operation of our client’s automation platform
- Conduct code reviews, write automated tests and maintain high code quality standards
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the platform's capabilities
Software Engineer – Automation Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in at least one modern web framework (e.g., Django, Flask, Laravel, Symfony)
- Strong programming skills in PHP, Python or a similar language
- Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
