Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers via phone, email and text to gather necessary information and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout their interactions with the company
- Ensure accurate and organized filing of customer-related documentation
Customer Service Representative Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic Excel functions for data management
