LaSalle Network is partnering with a CPG company to hire a Sourcing and Procurement Manager. The Sourcing and Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing ingredients and managing vendor relationships.
Sourcing and Procurement Manager Responsibilities:
- Procuring and sourcing ingredients
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Manage procurement reporting activities (KPI reporting, monthly compliance dashboard, managing approval workflows)
- Lead analysis of data to identify trends and perform opportunity assessments
Souring and Procurement Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years in a supply chain or procurement or sourcing role
- 2+ years of experience with vendors and suppliers
- CPG background is a plust
