Our client is a leader in the fabrication industry and is looking to bring someone on their team as a Production and Plant Manager. This position will be balancing managing a team and the day-to-day production on the floor. The ideal candidate has an industrial engineering or mechanical engineering background, or experience in welding, fabrication or CNC machining.
Production and Plant Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 10-15 employees and their day to day operations on the floor
- Scheduling and overseeing the daily operations on the floor of the production plant
- Creating new processes and KPIs to make the team and current processes in place more efficient
Production and Plant Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in people management
- 2-3+ years of experience in CNC, Welding or Fabrication industry
- Previously created KPIs to measure processes or people performance
