Procurement Manager – Packaging & Ingredients Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic approach to procurement and materials management for raw materials and packaging
- Maintain vendor relationships across packaging and raw materials
- Ensure production processes are supported with the most effective procurement strategies
- Lead negotiations for raw materials and packaging categories
- Support, develop and manage the day-to-day operations and career development for two buyers
- Collaborate internally with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and utilize this information to transform sourcing strategies
Procurement Manager – Packaging & Ingredients Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of procurement sourcing experience
- 3+ years of hands-on management experience
- SAP experience required
- Manufacturing industry experience required
- Strong communication skills with peers and upper-level management
