Food Quality, Senior Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage production of a 90-person plant
- Maintain compliance for product specifications
- Ensure quality assurance is met with production, sales, operations, purchasing and R&D
- Ensure processes are compliant with corresponding regulatory agencies' policies and requirements
- Collaborate with R&D and Engineering on new product development
- Oversee food safety and quality programs
Food Quality, Senior Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years food manufacturing experience
- Strong working knowledge of USDA/FDA guidance and regulations and GFSI requirements
- 3+ years of management or leadership experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
