Sales Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars and preparing documents
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations and contracts
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems
- Coordinate and manage communication between clients, the sales team and other departments
- Conduct market research and compile data to support sales strategies
- Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
- Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and marketing initiatives
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Perform general office duties as needed to ensure smooth operations
Sales Operations Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in commercial real estate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
