Business Development Manager (Healthcare) Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of healthcare clients and prospects, guiding each stage of the sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure
- Apply your sales expertise to meet clients’ hiring needs and fuel their organizational growth within leading healthcare organizations
- Conduct 60+ outreach calls daily and establish lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare sector
- Consistently contribute to revenue generation and exceed both individual and team goals
Business Development Manager (Healthcare) Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, ideally with experience in healthcare staffing or related areas
- Proven success in meeting or surpassing sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment
- Competitive drive and exceptional communication skills to influence and engage top-level decision-makers
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment that celebrates success
