Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K reports
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Analyze complex accounting issues and implement new accounting standards
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures
- Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting
- Support investor relations activities and respond to SEC comment letters
Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting or SEC reporting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
