Technical Denials Management Specialist Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve denied claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare billing standards
- Collaborate with insurance companies and internal teams to appeal denied claims and provide necessary documentation
- Analyze denial trends to identify underlying issues and work on long-term solutions
- Utilize technical knowledge of billing systems and Epic to streamline claim resolution processes
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, coding standards and payor policies
Technical Denials Management Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in denials management and resolving claim issues
- 3+ years of experience with Epic healthcare software
- Strong technical proficiency with billing systems and claim adjudication
- Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners
