Senior Advisory Associate Responsibilities:
- Lead and provide expert guidance on complex accounting issues related to M&A, IPO readiness, Technical Accounting/SEC engagements and FAAS
- Conduct advanced financial analysis to uncover trends, variances and areas for improvement
- Manage technical accounting projects from inception through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution
- Collaborate with diverse client teams and cross-functional groups to meet strategic project objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by consistently delivering high-quality service and innovative solutions
Senior Advisory Associate Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
- 3+ years of experience in a large CPA firm, including at least one year in a senior role
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and FASB standards
- Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
