Our client is currently seeking a Weekend Concierge to join their team and help provide exceptional service to residents and guests. They are specifically looking for individuals available to work weekends and holidays.
As a Weekend Concierge, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting with reservations and events, managing packages and addressing any facility concerns during your shift. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Weekend Concierge Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism, providing information and assistance as needed
- Manage and coordinate reservations, events and special requests to enhance the overall guest experience
- Assist with handling incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring secure delivery and pick-up
- Monitor facility operations during your shift, addressing maintenance or safety concerns promptly
- Collaborate with team members to create engaging weekend activities and events for residents
- Respond to inquiries and provide local recommendations, showcasing the best the area has to offer
- Maintain a clean and inviting front desk area that reflects the welcoming culture of the community
- Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols to protect all residents and guests
Weekend Concierge Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency for managing reservations and communications
