Senior Compensation Analyst Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain salary structures, incentive plans and market pricing
- Create and update accurate job descriptions
- Benchmark compensation programs against industry standards
- Identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Adhere to all relevant compensation laws and regulations
- Support HR and department leaders with compensation guidance
- Prepare and present compensation reports to senior management
Senior Compensation Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. CCP is a plus
- Ability to be in the Chicago office 2-3 days a week
- 4+ years in compensation analysis
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in HRIS, Excel and compensation tools
- Knowledge of compensation laws
- Detail-oriented, independent and discreet
