Executive Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business development team to develop relationships with clients; gain an understanding of the nuances of their business, their unique culture and how hiring needs will impact both
- Create unique search strategies to meet clients’ needs and requests; conduct independent research and collaborate with LN researchers to develop targeted approach to sourcing talent
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, demonstrating job market expertise and acting as a trusted career advisor
- Build relationships with clients throughout the search process; anticipate, respond to and overcome objections through a consultative approach
- Manage each search through final stages, including closing candidates and clients through effective negotiation
- Drive revenue by consistently closing business and building long-lasting candidate and client relationships
- Leverage client, candidate and placement relationship to initiate opportunities for additional LaSalle business
Executive Recruiter Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in executive search / executive recruiting, with a proven track record of filling roles in the accounting and finance space
- Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, qualifying against open roles, interacting with clients and managing candidates and clients through to offer and acceptance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work in-office Monday-Thursday; remote on Fridays
