Our client, an established IT services and management company based out of the western Chicago suburbs, is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join their growing team. This role offers a hybrid work environment, providing a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the IT service and management sector. Act as the main point of contact to understand client needs and present tailored IT solutions
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through cold calls, networking and industry events to expand client base
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by presenting IT management services to prospective clients
- Understand the client's business challenges and provide consultative advice on IT services, including managed services, cloud computing and cybersecurity
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical and service delivery teams, to ensure client satisfaction and successful service implementation
- Provide regular updates on sales activity and pipeline to the sales manager, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
Account Executive Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in IT services or technology
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting
