HR Assistant Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and checking timecards
- Screen, source and interview candidates
- Conduct background checks and onboard new hires
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process
- Provide clerical support and prepare HR reports
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
HR Assistant Requirements:
- 2+ year of relevant experience in recruitment and HR
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience with HRIS and ATS system
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
