HR Representative Responsibilities:
- Assist leaders and employees with leaves of absence and disability-related issues
- Manage PTO cases and oversee special projects
- Handle leave and disability cases in the HR case management system
- Respond to inquiries from employees, managers and HR Business Partners regarding leave, disability, PTO and life and disability programs
- Escalate concerns from employees and managers as necessary
- Contribute to projects and assignments across various benefits areas as needed
HR Representative Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Human Resources or Business
- Proven ability to apply HR expertise and collaborate effectively with HR Centers of Expertise
- Track record of disciplined action and execution in HR roles, with the ability to influence across organizational levels
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed
