Our client has a global presence, representing clients in complex commercial disputes across a wide range of industries. With a reputation for delivering exceptional results, they provide a dynamic and collaborative work environment where professionals thrive.

They are currently seeking a Trial Paralegal to gain valuable hands-on legal experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and associates on all aspects of litigation, playing a key role in the success of high-profile cases.

Trial Paralegal Responsibilities:
  • Organize and coordinate document productions in litigation
  • Translate legal documents, letters and other materials
  • Obtain documents and certificates from courts and state agencies
  • Prepare and file all court documents
  • Conduct document searches and research
  • Prepare witness materials and assist with depositions
  • Coordinate trial logistics and provide trial support
  • Assist attorneys in client meetings and court proceedings by managing exhibits and taking notes
  • Liaise with internal departments and outside vendors (translation services, trial graphics providers)
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Trial Paralegal Requirements:
  • 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience with trial experience
  • Experience with cite checking
  • Exceptional organizational, administrative and communication (oral and written) skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Willingness to travel for trials
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, FileSite, Relativity, PACER, TextMap, Federal and State e-filing and Bluebook
