This Staff Accountant position offers the opportunity to work in a global organization where you’ll interact with international entities and gain exposure to diverse accounting functions. As a key member of the corporate accounting team, you’ll contribute to critical financial processes and play a role in ensuring the company’s financial integrity. Budget for this role is $65-70k base salary and has annual bonus eligibility.
Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
- Perform intercompany accounting for global entities
- Assist with the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Participate in annual audits and assist with audit documentation and requests
- Collaborate with international teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial reporting
- Utilize SAP software to perform accounting tasks and streamline processes
- Provide general support to the corporate accounting team as needed
Staff Accountant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1+ year of experience in accounting, whether in AP/AR or core month-end close
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
