LaSalle Network is currently working with a client who is hiring for a Customer Service Representative. This position is onsite in their Brook Park, OH office! Our client is looking for an individual that is outgoing, open minded and ready to learn!
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Tracking and tracing containers
- Answering emails
- Filling out excel files
- Updating the TMS system
- Additional duties as assigned
- Monday- Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (needs to be a little flexible)
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in similar field preferred
- High school diploma
