LaSalle Network has partnered with an online financial services company, assisting consumers and small businesses. They are looking for a Collections Representative to join their team. Their headquarters is in Chicago, IL. However, they do offer this role to be remote.

Collections Representative Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls, approximately 90 calls a day
  • Assist customers regarding overdue payments and loans
  • Help identify solutions to help customers make consistent payments
  • Focus on key metrics like conversion rates, dollars collected/hour and contacts/hour

Collections Representative Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in collections
  • Must have reliable internet, with an internet speed of 25+ Mbps
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be comfortable with multi-tasking
