Collections Representative Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, approximately 90 calls a day
- Assist customers regarding overdue payments and loans
- Help identify solutions to help customers make consistent payments
- Focus on key metrics like conversion rates, dollars collected/hour and contacts/hour
Collections Representative Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in collections
- Must have reliable internet, with an internet speed of 25+ Mbps
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Must be comfortable with multi-tasking
