This role is ideal for a motivated individual who excels in communication and organization while maintaining high service standards. As the company continues to expand, the Client Services Inside Sales Lead will play a critical role in enhancing customer experience and supporting sales initiatives within assigned territories.
Client Services Inside Sales Lead Responsibilities:
- Maintain high service standards and create a positive client experience
- Manage and prioritize high volumes of email communication for timely client responses
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information for effective communication with clients and sales partners
- Communicate updates on processes, order status, pricing and sample requests to clients
- Work with Regional Managers and global sales partners to advance sales
- Manage the CRM dashboard, updating project statuses and processing leads
- Generate reports for management and participate in CRM reporting
- Ensure accurate documentation for projects, orders and payments
- Handle regular follow-ups with clients regarding projects and quotes
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive sales efforts
- Adhere to company policies and represent the company's best interests
Client Services Inside Sales Lead Requirements:
