The Legal Executive Assistant will have the opportunity to partner with an executive leader of the firm, providing administrative support and managing their day-to-day needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong international travel and calendar coordination experience and come from a professional services environment.
Legal Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with scheduling appointments, managing calendars and organizing meetings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and other stakeholders, handling inquiries and providing updates as necessary
- Assist with billing procedures, tracking billable hours and preparing invoices
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Book and manage international travel accommodations
- Maintain and organize legal files and documents, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and legal standards
Legal Executive Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of administrative experience in a legal environment
- International travel booking experience required
- Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Adobe Acrobat DC, PowerPoint and Excel
