Benefits Administrator Responsibilities:
- Take the reins on billing reconciliation, file feed checks and manage second-level escalations on benefit inquiries
- Administer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and cross-border benefits for Canadian employees
- Responsible for LOA support, contributing expertise to enhance processes
Benefits Administrator Requirements:
- 2+ years in a benefits focused role
- Experience managing LOA
- Workday is a plus!
