Are you passionate about human resources, mergers & acquisitions and making meaningful change through strategic integration? Join our client’s dynamic team as a Human Resources M&A Associate in this remote 3–6-month contract role! You'll work hands-on with our client’s five yearly acquisitions, impacting every phase of their M&A activities.
Human Resources M&A Associate Responsibilities:
- Use Microsoft Visio to create seamless workflows, supporting transparency in every step of integration
- Identify discrepancies in practices, aligning team goals, operations and culture in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Plan and manage integration milestones using Microsoft Project to ensure success at each turn
Human Resources M&A Associate Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR experience focused on M&A or organizational integration
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Visio & Project, strong analytical skills and the communication finesse to facilitate alignment across teams
