As a Contract Associate Recruiter, you will play a key role in our talent acquisition efforts, managing the full cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in recruiting who is excited to connect with candidates, drive the interview process and work closely with hiring managers to meet staffing goals. Your focus will be on sourcing, interviewing and hiring individuals who share our passion for market research and innovation.
Contract Associate Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure the best match for the role and company culture
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics to report on hiring effectiveness
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Contract Associate Recruiter Requirements:
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience within the corporate space
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize workload
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms
- Passion for connecting with people and identifying top talent
