Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum practices, removing obstacles and fostering a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, excellent communication skills and a track record of empowering teams to achieve their goals.

Scrum Master Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to promote continuous improvement and maximize productivity
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles preventing the team from meeting their sprint goals
  • Encourage open communication and cooperation within the team and with stakeholders
  • Monitor sprint progress, maintain sprint burn-down charts and report on team performance metrics
  • Assist the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog and defining sprint goals
  • Drive team retrospectives to identify actionable improvements and ensure follow-through
  • Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables

Scrum Master Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
  • Proven track record of working with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
  • Excellent facilitation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)
  • Familiarity with software development life cycles and technical concepts is a plus
