Are you a healthcare professional with experience in workers’ compensation claims? Our client is hiring a Medical Workers’ Compensation Manager to handle the patient-facing side of workers' compensation cases. This role is not an HR position—it's specifically for individuals with expertise in managing/processing claims and ensuring patients receive the care and support they need. This full-time position involves collaborating with patients, providers, claims adjusters, judges, and legal teams to resolve cases effectively while keeping the patient’s well-being at the forefront. Our client offers a collaborative environment, comprehensive training, and opportunities for professional growth. Hybrid or remote options may be available depending on the candidate’s location and needs.

Medical Workers’ Compensation Manager Responsibilities

  • Manage denials and appeals for workers' compensation claims
  • Gathering all clinical documentation and ensuring timely resolutions of all claims
  • Work closely with patients, claims adjusters, providers, judges, and other stakeholders to resolve cases.
  • Provide support to legal teams, including preparing testimony and assisting with case documentation.

Medical Workers’ Compensation Manager Requirements
  • Prior experience in healthcare or workers’ compensation claims management is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CDW and DocuPhase systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
