We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Part-Time Recruiter to assist our HR team with sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in recruitment or build on their existing experience in the field.
Junior Part-Time Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments of candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update recruitment databases
- Help manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist with any other recruitment-related tasks as needed
Junior Part-Time Recruiter Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of recruitment practices or a strong willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with job boards/social media platforms
