LaSalle Network is hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the strategic direction and execution of an innovative, multi-unit retail organization’s technology initiatives. As a cornerstone of the executive team, you will report directly to the CEO and Board of Directors and bring your deep experience providing financial strategic oversight to support a company’s rapid growth. This is an extraordinary opportunity for an experienced finance leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who would be excited to provide finance leadership to scale a company.

CFO Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support the executive team in decision-making, including M&A opportunities, capital raising and market expansion
  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, tax planning, cash management and internal controls
  • Manage and optimize the company’s capital structure, working capital and liquidity to support growth and sustainability
  • Develop and maintain effective financial reporting systems, dashboards and metrics to track and evaluate the company’s financial performance
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and margin improvement while maintaining or enhancing product and service quality
  • Lead the selection, implementation and management of ERP and other financial systems to improve financial operations, data accuracy and scalability
  • Drive financial process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
  • Manage the company's risk profile by identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Build, mentor and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement

CFO Requirements:
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • CPA highly preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in within PE-backed organizations
  • IFRS/Global experience preferred
  • Previous experience managing direct reports as part of a finance/Accounting team
  • Confident presenter who can communicate financial information and analytical expertise orally and in writing
  • Expertise in in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; proficiency with software system implementation (e.g., Netsuite)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative and high-growth environment with the ability to adjust to changing priorities
