LaSalle is looking for a temp to perm Client Services Coordinator for one of our top clients in the consulting space, located in West Loop, Chicago. This role requires someone who is highly detail-oriented and has the ability to manage and analyze large quantities of data. The ideal candidate will also be skilled in using basic Excel functions and possess strong communication abilities, especially in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients to provide strategic solutions and maintain strong, professional relationships. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and has a hybrid model of three days onsite.


Client Services Coordinator Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large sets of data to identify irregularities, trends, and key insights
  • Utilize basic Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH) to organize and analyze data, supporting internal decision-making and client reporting needs
  • Effectively communicate findings between technical and non-technical parties, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding across teams
  • Demonstrate the ability to adjust to changing industry trends, evolving customer needs, and internal department requirements
  • Professionally engage with clients through email and meetings, addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a positive client experience
  • Analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions that support informed decision-making and improve outcomes

Client Services Coordinator Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a data-driven or analytical environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
  • Proficiency with basic Excel functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • A proactive, flexible approach to tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with data visualization tools or more advanced Excel functions is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service platforms is a huge plus
