We are seeking a motivated and full-time Territory Sales Manager to join a dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to play a key role in revenue growth through outstanding customer service and proactive sales strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with the regional team to rent and sell specialized equipment for climate control and power solutions. The Territory Sales Manager will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager. 
Territory Sales Manager Responsibilities: 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the assigned territory 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth 
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer satisfaction 
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts 
Territory Sales Manager Requirements: 
  • 2+ years Outside Sales experience, highly preferred coming from HVAC, industrial or manufacturing
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets 
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
