Senior Financial Analyst – Enterprise Finance Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and provide variance explanations
- Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Conduct detailed ROI analysis for new initiatives and technology investments
- Partner with business units to identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Analyze healthcare market trends and competitive landscape to inform financial strategies
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects to support strategic decisions
Senior Financial Analyst – Enterprise Finance Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare or technology sectors
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and revenue cycle management
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
