Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
- Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Verify and process invoices and purchase orders with attention to detail
- Ensure timely payments and reconcile AP transactions
- Assist with month-end closing reconciliation and financial reporting
- Work independently and with a team to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
Accounts Payable Requirements:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in AP or accounting preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
