AP Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage accounts payable transactions and maintain organized records
- Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end close
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
AP Specialist Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
