Talent Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential talent by understanding their career aspirations and keeping them engaged
- Support field employees and placements throughout the onboarding process with paperwork, compliance requirements and on-assignment questions
- Use problem solving skills to address any issues that arise during placement duration
- Make quality control calls to placements on a regular basis and provide insights to improve processes and outcomes
- Leverage high-level communication, market knowledge and networking skills to identify business opportunities and expand client relationships
- Execute administrative tasks including ATS system updates, job ad writing and VMS submissions
- Review weekly missing timecard report and ensure that all field employee time is submitted and processed
- Collaborate with recruiting team, salespeople, HR and Payroll departments to address any PTO/paid leave/benefits-related inquiries
- Lead talent retention initiatives including events, newsletters and referral programs
- Analyze trends and feedback from field employees and clients and collaborate with senior leadership to implement initiatives that improve Talent Net Promoter Score (NPS), improve placement duration and maximize revenue growth
Talent Relationship Manager Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination or account management in a sales-driven environment
- Staffing industry experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Open to receiving and implementing feedback from stakeholders
- Clear and concise communication skills
