Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable, processing customer invoices, payments, and collections
- Process payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees
- Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices
Accounting Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
