IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:

Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Azure AD, including user provisioning and conditional access policies

Build and manage Intune software deployments and perform proactive system maintenance

Deliver hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and PC configuration issues
-
Monitor systems to ensure performance, reliability, and timely upgrades
-
Document IT processes and support the development of new procedures
-
Recommend and implement IT workflow and infrastructure improvements
-
Collaborate on cross-functional IT projects as needed

Take on additional IT-related tasks as assigned
IT Support Specialist Requirements:

Previous experience in Help Desk, Systems, or Network Support roles

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, DHCP, DNS, and general system admin

Familiar with LAN/WAN infrastructure, patching, and network hardware

Bonus points for experience with SharePoint Online, Azure Cloud, and database admin

Clear communicator with solid organizational skills

Strong customer service mindset and independent work ethic
