CHICAGO – Sirmara Campbell, Chief Human Resources Officer at LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, has been recognized on Crain’s Chicago Business’ 2022 “Notable Black Leaders & Executives” list.
With more than 23 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Campbell has undoubtedly impacted hiring and talent acquisition in the City of Chicago and at LaSalle Network. Campbell introduced new ways to recruit talent and support employees that have not only helped LaSalle Network achieve organic growth, but fuel local economic growth by helping companies grow with top talent.
Under Campell’s leadership, LaSalle Network launched in Diversity, Equity and Belonging committee, which is led by employees to provide educational and volunteer opportunities for LaSalle employees on all topics pertaining to diversity. Campbell wanted the focus to be around belonging rather than inclusion because someone can be included but still not feel like they belong.
