CHICAGO – Entrepreneur magazine has named LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm, to its 2018 “Top Company Cultures” list, which highlights companies across the country that showcase high-performance cultures. This is LaSalle Network’s third year on the list, recognized in the medium-sized category.
In partnership with Energage, to identify winning companies Entrepreneur measured and ranked nominated companies in the areas of: alignment, effectiveness, connection, management, engagement, leadership and basics, including pay, benefits and training. All honorees are featured online, and will be featured in Entrepreneur’s October issue.
Celebrating its twentieth year in business last month, LaSalle Network continues to invest in its employees as it has since the start. Just this past year, LaSalle offered employees over 1,000 hours of training, provided employees the opportunity to participate in more than 40 philanthropic initiatives and took a company-wide, all-expenses-paid incentive trip to Austin, Texas for hitting a revenue goal.
