The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing a book of business in their prospective territory in northern Cook County, focusing on title insurance, closing, escrow, and related services.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and converting new business opportunities in the real estate and legal sectors
- Managing relationships with attorneys, loan officers, real estate agents, and developers
- Developing and executing a sales strategy to drive business growth
- Owning and growing a book of business in northern Cook County territory
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
Account Executive Requirements:
- 2+ years of full closing experience
- Experience in managing and growing a book of business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to travel locally (up to 50%)
