Account Executive Responsibilities: 
  • Build lasting relationships with decision-makers at local companies to understand their hiring needs
  • Develop tailored staffing solutions by collaborating with internal teams
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals by proactively engaging with potential clients
  • Leverage training, mentorship, and career development programs to grow your career

Account Executive Requirements: 
  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience (B2B experience preferred) 
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships 
  • A results-driven mindset with resilience and creativity in problem solving 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • In-office Monday through Thursday, with remote Fridays

Please note that the salary range posted is representative of total first-year compensation, as this role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped quarterly bonus plan.
