As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing strategic benefits consulting, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services. You will work directly with business owners and HR teams to design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to assess their employee benefits needs and develop customized solutions
- Manage client accounts, ensuring they receive timely updates and exceptional service
- Guide clients through health insurance, retirement plans, and compliance requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and vendors to offer the best benefits options

Account Manager Requirements:
- Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses
- Minimum of 2 years of account management or benefits consulting experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
